The trek begins with a drive to Koto, where you will start trekking through the beautiful forests of pine and oak. After crossing several suspension bridges, you will reach the entrance to the Nar Phu Valley, a remote and unexplored region that has only been open to trekkers since 2002. 

The Nar Phu Valley is home to two small villages, Nar and Phu, where you will have the opportunity to interact with the local people and learn about their unique culture and way of life. The trail takes you through narrow gorges, scenic forests, and across high-altitude passes, offering stunning views of the Annapurna range and other surrounding peaks.

    Arrival in Kathmandu(1350m.)

    Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, our representative will pick you up at the airport and drive to International guest house, where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, and cafes.

  • Day 02

    Kathmandu preparation day city tour

    Today we will make Nar Phu special permit as we need to show original passport and Visa to the immigration office. Today out guide will take you for city tour in Boudhanath (Buddhist temple) and Pasupatinath (Hindu Temple)

  • Day 03

    Drive Kathmandu –Beshisahar to Tal(1700m.)

    Early morning at 6, we leave Kathmandu, which will take around 6-7 hours drive to reach Besisahar. The drive then takes us slowly out of the Kathmandu Valley, also have breakfasts on the way. We'll then go through Malekhu, Mugling, and Dumre. Then, take a right turn from Dumre and head towards Besisahar. Throughout our drive, we'll experience the perspective of country life a lot. Also, on the way to Besisahar, we might encounter the famous Trishuli river. Eventually, we reach Besisahar after lunch at Beshisahar we change jeep transport and leave Besisahar as early for the rough journey to Tal which takes 3-4 hours’ drive. For passengers, the road can be almost as daunting as it is for drivers, but it is beautifully scenic! It passes across the old trekking path of the Annapurna Circuit across spectacular gorges and over magnificent canyons and beautiful waterfall. Finally, after a challenging drive, we reach Tal

    From the next day, our trek will start, so take enough rest to start a new journey from here.

  • Day 04

    Trek to Timang (2270m.)

    After breakfast, we will see beautiful waterfall called Kawai Chhahare in Tal.. After Khotra we cross the extension bridge the we walk thought round to Dharapni.  Dharapni is main trail to go Manaslu round trek as well. We continue hike to Bagarchap on the road way.  from here we take original trekking trail towards Timang. Timang is beautiful village from where we can see beautiful view of Mt. Manaslu.

  • Day 05

    Trek to Nar Khola (2980m.)

    After breakfast we continue to Annapuran round trekking high way till Koto. From Koto we can see view of Mt. Annapurna II(7,937 m). Here we stop for lunch and check our permits as here is 2nd check point of Annapurna conservation area and Nar Phu. After lunch we enter to Nar Phu valley crossing Marshangdi river. We hike all the way though bank of Nar Phu khola (river) from jungle way . Then we reach at Nar Khola.

  • Day 06

    Trek to Meta(3560m.) 

    Today, the path passes via the majestic pine forests, small cave shelters, and relaxing places for pilgrims. On your trip to Dharmasala, you will witness the streams and wooden suspensions bridge, also have lunch there. The forest is thinner from here, whereas the views are broader.

    You'll have to walk a steep climb to Meta village (3,560 m) after you've gone beyond the trees. You'll also pass the 4,500 meter Tibetan Plateau across the way. Once you reach at Meta, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Annapurna II (7,937 m), Lamjung Himal (6,983 m), Kangaru Himal (6,981 m), and Pisang Peak (6,091 m).

  • Day 07

    Trek to Kyang (3830m.)

    Today is a relatively short day of trekking we set out to the region's Phu Valley. After 30 minutes we reach the main high way to Nar and Phu valley. We continue to Phu vally from the left side. Then we reach at Junam Goat. This is the Kharka where people from Nar village bring their Yaks here. We cross Junam Khola to Chyko village. This was Kharka before 2017. After 2017 they build local government offce for Nar and Phu village so now here small village with some lodges. Also where refugees once settled in Tibetan Khampa, has the traces of the Khampa villages. We stop for lunch here. After lunch we hike uphill one hour to Kyang. Before the Kyang village we cross small river called Mrju Khola. From Kyang, we can observe the spectacular mountains surrounding the top of Pisang Peak (6,091 m), Annapurna II (7,937 m),Tilche Top, and other Glaciers.

  • Day 08

    Trek to Phu (4100m.)

    Today we climb further into the Phu Valley. We walk all the  right sider of Pgu river. Falling rapidly down the hill,beyond the "submarine" rock, crossing along the way through some small campsites. The rough trail towards the Kyang gives us more energy, but not much pace.

    Moving forward, you'll begin to see many of the special, colorful chorten that Nar and Phu are renowned for. You will walk cautiously through a small glacial stream before you enter a bigger one with only half a bridge lined with large plates of slate. You finally reach the Phu gate, the gateway to this small hamlet, after hours and a half of trekking across the scenic canyon and gorges.

    For the remaining hours, you can explore Thashi Gompa (4,204 m), it takes 30 minutes up and Samdu Choling Gompa then explore there Phu villages, and experience the native lifestyle.

  • Day 09

    Rest day at Phu hike to Himlung BC 

    Today a brief hike to reach the base camp in Himlung. We leave the Phu Village after breakfast and walk towards the Base Camp on the way we can see another route to go Upper Mustang to Sarebung pass trek. After two hours we reach Yak Charka from where we can see beautiful view of Mr. Gayjikhang (7038m.),Mt.Nemjung himla (7140m.),Himlung(7126m.) and Ratna Chuli (7120m.)The walk continues around isolated corners of high above Phuvalley and Manang  districts, with incredible mountain views in the utter wilderness. After a 4 hours walk, we reach Himlung Base Camp (4,842 m) and spend some hours there. We will have our lunch by enjoying the view from Base Camp, which we carry with us. Now we're heading back to Phu Village. So we will have a slow and easy walk down to the village. We stay overnight at the same lodge as Phu Village.

    Trek to Nar Phedi (3390m.)

    Today after breakfast we take same way down till near Meta then we talk another way down to Mahendara wooden bridge. After croosing the bridge we reach in Nar Phedi. where we can have unique experience of staying overnight in Monastery.

    The trek to Nar Phedi offers further opportunities to take in the unique landscape of the valley, while the village provides a fascinating opportunity to stay overnight in the nearby monastery. If the monastery is close, we need to stay at Meta.

  • Day 11

    Trek to Nar (4110m.)

    Today we travel down the route to Meta, but change at monastery Nar Phedi- only monastery at Nar Phedi. Then go up from Nar Phedi and pursue a winding trail up a steep hill towards Nar. A line of marvelously carved, bamboo-topped chorten, crossing on the way into the ancient village. While Nar isn't far from the main Annapurna road, trekkers rarely visit it but give a scenic view as it gets. From Nar there is another trekking route to Teri La pass to upper Mustang.  From here we can see nice view of Posang peak, Mr. Khankaru

    Nar is slightly more social and vibrant than Phu. Most of the day, with their back-strap looms, you'll find the square of the village brimming with talking women weaving wool cloth for rugs and blankets.

  • Day 12

    Trek to Kang La pass (5320) to Ngawal (3657m.)

    Today we start early morning around 4 AM. So we can have early breakfast and we take pack lunch with us as there are no tea house on the way till Ngawal.  We climb 6 hours up to the Pass. An adventurous day with an 8-9 hrs long day hike to get up early and head over Kangla Pass (5320 m) to Ngawal. From the pass of left side ridge around 5 minutes’ walk we can sees beautiful view of Annapurna I, Mt.Fishtail, Mt. Nilgiri , Mt. Tilicho peak ,Annapuran II , Annapurna IV, Annapurna III , Mt. Gangpurna, Glacier Dom, Khangsar Khang ,Mt. Gayjikhang.The path is steep down starts rough but you can have some fun if you enjoy running screen. On thw down we can see Chulu west peak and Humde airport and Manang valley.

    Ngawal is definitely different from the ancient villages than the villages of the upper Pisang route of the Annapurna Circuit. The lodges are big, and most lodges will have Wi-Fi

  • Day 13

    Trek to Manang (3500m.)

    Today we head to Manang from Ngawal. We visit the remote village of Paugh witnessing the spectacular views of the Annapurna range. We walked for about 4 hours through the pine forests and charming tiny settlements, before we enter the wonderful village of Manang (3,540 m).

    Manang is fortunate with stunning panoramic views and front of the verdant hills. When we walked through the small jungle way crossing Julu Khola (river) then reach to Julu village to Munchi and Braga villages, we pass through many small monasteries including the Braka Gompa, 900 years old. A quick ascent via Braka Gompa takes us to the beautiful village of Manang, within the Chulu Himal and the Annapurna range.

  • Day 14

    Trek to Shree Kharka  (4480m.)

    Today, we'll head towards the Khangsar after breakfast. The path descends from Manang to a Chorten, turns northwest, and goes down to the River. After crossing the Marsyangdi River on the bridge under Khangsar and we slope to the village. It is the last settlement after Manang, a village still in ancient Tibetan style, which is also known as Nepal's last hamlet. It has a small temple, walls of Chorten, Mani, and flags of prayer.

    Trek to Tlicho Lake (4950m.)

    Beginning the trek early in the morning, the trail takes us via the icy ridge, giving Mt. Nilgiri, Tilicho, Gangapurna, Tarkekang, Muktinath, Khangsar Peaks, Manang Valley, and Upper Pisang perspectives.

     

    Tilicho Lake is named 'Frozen Lake' because most of the time the lake is frozen. Tilicho Lake, one of the world's highest lakes, we will appreciate its tranquil beauty. Sometimes on the turquoise waters, we can see reflections of the surrounding peaks. Before heading back to the base camp, we take a break by the calm waters and soak in the marvelous views.

  • Day 16

    Trek to Mesokanto pass(5100) to Yak Charka (4600m.)

    Today a long and Big Day of the trip, starting early morning to cross two high passes, over Tilicho pass then downhill walk to the base of Mesokanto pass, after a rest then climb over Mesokanto-la pass with a steep climb to reach the ridge at 5,305 meters. On reaching the top ridge and the pass descend to our overnight camp in a small place at Yak Kharka

    Trek to Jomsom( 2750m.) 

    Trek from Yak Kharka to Jomson it takes about 5-6 hours all the way down each to Jomson is headquarter of Mustang District and overnight at Jomsom.

    Fly /Drive to Pokhara visit Pokhara (820m.)

    Today is our last day as we head to the small airport terminal at Jomson where we take a short 30 to 35-minute flight to Pokhara. Once airborne you will have some amazing views of the Himalayas. This evening you can sit back and relax, enjoy and drink or two and look back on your amazing adventure through the amazing Annapurna Conservation Area – stroll along Lakeside. Other attractions in Pokhara are the World Peace Pagoda (clearly visible across Phewa Tal (lake), Bindabasini Temple, Phewa Lake, Matepani Buddhist Monastery, International Mountain Museum and Devi's Falls.

    Free day in Pokhara

    Hike to Peace Stupa and Shiva Statue at Pangdikot we will see nice view of Mt. Annapurna range , Mt. Dhaulagiri and Mt. Fishtail. From here we hike to down to Pokhara with beautiful view on the way we can have lunch. Today it will like 5 hours’ trek to Pokhara.

    After arriving in Pokhara we will relax and visit around.

    Fly back to Kathmandu (1350m.)
