The Everest High Pass Trek is a challenging and thrilling trekking route that takes you through some of the most spectacular and remote regions of the Himalayas. The trek covers three high mountain passes - Kongma La Pass (5,535m), Cho La Pass (5,420m), and Renjo La Pass (5,360m) - and offers breathtaking views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Makalu, and many other stunning peaks.
The trek begins in Lukla and follows the classic Everest Base Camp trekking route up to Namche Bazaar. From there, you will head towards the Kongma La Pass and then to the Everest Base Camp. After exploring the base camp and Kala Patthar, you will cross the Cho La Pass and trek to the Gokyo Valley, where you will climb Gokyo Ri for stunning views of the surrounding peaks. From Gokyo, you will cross the Renjo La Pass and descend to Thame and then back to Namche Bazaar.
The trek is considered to be one of the most challenging in the Everest region due to the high altitude and the need to cross three high mountain passes. Therefore, it requires a high level of physical fitness and experience in high-altitude trekking. It is recommended to trek with an experienced guide or join a guided trekking group.

Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, our representative will pick you up at the airport and drive to the assigned hotel where you will meet the rest of the group. The hotel is located in a quiet quaint neighborhood, where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, and cafes.
You will be at an altitude of 1,400 meters (4,593 feet), where you can rest and acclimatize to the altitude.

You will trek from Namche Bazaar to Thame, a beautiful village located at an altitude of 3,820 meters. The trek takes around 5 hours to complete and offers stunning views of the surrounding peaks and valleys.
You will start early in the morning from Namche Bazaar and begin the ascent towards Thame. The trail is well-defined and passes through several small villages and forests. You will have the opportunity to meet the local Sherpa people and learn about their culture and traditions.
As you trek towards Thame, you will pass through beautiful landscapes and enjoy stunning views of the surrounding peaks, including Ama Dablam, Thamserku, and Kangtega. You will also cross several suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi River, adding an exciting element to the trek.
After a few hours of trekking, you will reach Thame, a beautiful village located in the heart of the Khumbu region. The village is famous for its monastery, which offers stunning views of the surrounding peaks. You can explore the village and interact with the local people, learning about their way of life in the high Himalayas.
You will spend the night in a tea house in Thame, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and the stunning views of the surrounding peaks. The next day, you will continue your trek towards the next destination on the Everest High Pass Trek.
Starting from Namche Bazaar, it will take you approximately 7 hours to reach Lukla, which is located at an altitude of 2840 meters. The trek is relatively easy and mostly downhill, but it can be tiring due to the long duration.
The trail from Namche Bazaar to Lukla passes through several small villages and offers some fantastic views of the Himalayas. You will be walking along the Dudh Kosi river for most of the trek, which adds to the beauty of the trail.
The first part of the trek from Namche Bazaar to Phakding is relatively easy, as it involves a gradual descent. The trail is well-defined, and there are plenty of tea houses and rest stops along the way.
After reaching Phakding, you will need to cross the Dudh Kosi river and ascend to a higher altitude. The trail becomes steeper and more challenging, but the views also become more spectacular. You will pass through several small villages and cross several suspension bridges over the river before reaching Lukla.
Lukla is a small town and is the starting and ending point of the Everest Base Camp trek. It is also home to the Tenzing-Hillary Airport, which is one of the most dangerous airports in the world due to its short runway and challenging terrain. The town offers plenty of accommodation options, restaurants, and shops selling local handicrafts and souvenirs.
